Compared with other protective devices, the torque limiter has the following advantages:

1. Mechanically, there is no problem of explosion protection.

2. Once a torque is set, the torque will be very stable, and there will be no accidental overload or over-load.

3. The torque range is very convenient. The size of the torque can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the spring plate by adjusting the nut.

4. The steel ball type can give a signal output after slipping for a few milliseconds after being overloaded (need to be equipped with proximity switch or mechanical switch detection).

5. The same model can achieve a great torque range by changing the number of spring leaves or changing the thickness of the spring leaves.
